Instructions for Online End-Term Theory Examination

  1. Total duration of time is 120 minutes(90 minutes for attempting the questions and remaining 30 minutes for uploading the answers of descriptive questions.
  2. The clock will be set at the top of screen and the times shown in clock go in descending sequence to show you the remaining time.
  3. Total no. of Questions will be 30 in which Question No. 01 to 25 will have multiple choice questions and 05 descriptive questions from Question No. 26 to 30 out of which any 03 (three) are to be attempted.
  4. The examination will be of maximum marks 40. The MCQ are of 25 marks (01 mark each) and descriptive will be of total 15 marks (05 marks each).
  5. Answering Multiple Choice Questions
  6. In multiple choice question with four options student will have to click on the correct option.
  7. The answer can be changed at any time during the examination and are saved automatically.
  8. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
  9. Answering and uploading (descriptive Questions)
  10. Students will write the answers to the descriptive questions on A-4 size white papers in own handwriting (ruled or plain). The answers are to be written using black or blue pen only. Maximum two sheets may be used to answer each question.
  11. Students will write their Name, Program Name, Semester, Examination Roll Number, Subject Code, Date of Examination on each sheet used for answers.
  12. The students will scan the written pages of the answers question-wise as one file and upload the same question-wise for each question, student can upload single file (scanned all sheets together for each question) in PDF/(JPG Image) format.
  13. No Answer sheets of subjective questions will be accepted through any kind of mail as it will not be considered submitted.
  14. Students will have to submit the Answer sheets on the portal with in the time frame (30 minutes extra provided for the uploading process)
  15. In case of any difficulty students must contact to the technical support team before the time rushes out and they will provide you the necessary help to upload the Answer sheets on the portal.
  16. The name and contact No./whats app No. of technical support team members are below mentioned.
  17. Student need to ensure a working internet connection with 500MB high speed(4 MBPS) data connectivity.
  18. Student can do login check by five minutes before the exam scheduled time, if have any query contact to technical support team.
  19. Student need to install anydesk/teamviewer (Download anydesk, Download teamviewer) to get support during exam for technical issue and support.

Instructions for Online Mid Term II Examination

  1. Total duration of time is 40 minutes.
  2. The clock will be set at the top of screen and the times shown in clock go in descending sequence to show you the remaining time.
  3. The examination is of 30 or 20 marks, having 30 or 20 multiple questions of 01 mark each.
  4. Each page can have only one multiple choice question with four options. You will have to click for the correct option.
  5. The answer can be changed at any time during the examination and are saved automatically.
  6. There will be negative marking for wrong answers. 1/5 marks will be deducted for wrong answer of each question. No deduction from the total score will be made if no response is indicated for a question.
  7. The desk or walls around you must not have any writing
  8. You must sit at a clean desk or table.
  9. The following items must not be on your desk or used during your proctored exam, unless posted rules for the exam specifically permit these materials: Books Paper, Pens, Calculators, Textbooks, Notebooks, Phones.
  10. You must take the exam in the same room that you scanned during the proctoring setup for the current exam.
  11. No other person is allowed to enter the room while you are taking the proctored exam
  12. The lighting in the room must be bright enough to be considered "daylight" quality. Overhead lighting is preferred. If overhead lighting is not available, the source of light must not be behind you.
  13. The room must be as quiet as possible. Sounds such as music or television are not permitted.
  14. You must close all other programs or windows on your testing computer before you begin the exam.
  15. You must allow your webcam permission before you begin the exam to till the end of exam.
  16. You must dress as though you were in a public setting.
  17. You must not use headphones, ear buds, or any other type of listening equipment
  18. You must not communicate with any other person by any means
  19. You must not use a phone for any reason during exam.
  20. You must not leave the room during the exam for any reason, unless posted rules for the exam specifically permit you to do so
  21. Google chrome is mandatory. for mobile (Android only)
